Our story
How we got here
The team began in 2021 at Sable Realty, the year Hassan Haymour earned his licence. From the start, the work has ranged from first homes and condos to custom builds, pre-sale infills, investment properties and commercial space, across Edmonton and the surrounding communities.
That work has earned recognition: Hassan placed #2 in Sable Realty's Top Residential Agent rankings for 2023 and #1 for 2024. Today Samir Sweiss runs operations alongside him, so every client gets quick answers and a well-run file from first call to closing.
