About Hassan
Hassan Haymour is a REALTOR® with Sable Realty and the Team Lead of Haymour Realty Group. Licensed in 2021, he placed #2 in Sable Realty's Top Residential Agent rankings for 2023 and #1 for 2024. He works with buyers, sellers and investors across Edmonton, St. Albert, Sherwood Park, Spruce Grove, Beaumont, Stony Plain and Leduc.
His work covers the whole market: resale homes and condos, luxury and custom homes, new builds and pre-sales, investment and multi-family property, and commercial space. His listings have included custom homes in Keswick and Schonsee, pre-sale infills in Riverdale and an eight-unit investment property. Several homes he helped clients buy later came back to market as his listings, once the renovation or new build was done.
His clients range from first-time buyers to investors and people moving from out of province. One purchase, for buyers living in Winnipeg, was handled entirely online. The team offers video tours, floor plans and video-call viewings for anyone who can't be here in person.
